MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The RFCurrent2000A is a wireless data logger with display, designed to measure and record DC current signals. The data logger can connect directly to low-level DC current sources which makes it ideal for (PV) Photovoltaic research to monitor current sourced from solar cells over time, battery usage studies, energy monitoring studies and other DC current monitoring applications. The RFCurrent2000A can also be interfaced with a wide range of current output sensors such as flow meters, pH transmitters and more. Through the software, the device can be programmed with engineering units, which convert the current readings into a different unit of measure such as flow rate. The engineering unit is available for display on the LCD screen as well as in the software. The RFCurrent2000A is available in 20mA, 160mA or a 3A measurement range.   The RFCurrent2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. The statistics can be reset through the keypad of the device, allowing customers to keep track of statistics over certain time periods. This feature does not erase the data recorded, but only resets the...

MadgeTech’s RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. The RFOT’s rugged design, equipped with a flexible piercing probe allows it to be used in the harshest environments. It is perfectly suited for smoke houses, ovens and other cooking processes up to 212°F (100°C) as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -4°F (-20°C). It is completely splash proof and can withstand wash down cycles. This state-of-the-art device records and transmits internal product temperature readings back to a central computer for instant real-time monitoring. The RFOT never needs to be connected to a computer as it has been designed for two way wireless communication. Full communication can be performed directly from a central PC. In addition to wirelessly transmitting data, the RFOT also stores each reading to internal memory for backup. This backup data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. MadgeTech’s easy to use software features user programmable critical control points, called “cooling flags” to assist in compliance with USDA Appendix B. The “cooling flags” are automatically annotated on the graph and tabular data views. The...

The RFPulse2000A is a wireless data logger that records pulse output signals from various sensors such as flow meters and anemometers. When started, the data logger samples at 100Hz and at the user specified reading rate, recording the total number of pulses from the sample to memory. The RFPulse2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. Through the software the device can be programmed to convert the pulse output into a different unit of measure such as gallons per minute or miles per hour. This information can be viewed on the LCD screen of the data logger as well as in the software. The RFPulse2000A is unique in that it not only calculates pulse count, but it also calculates pulse rate. Engineering units can be programmed into the device as a rate, which allows the device to calculate the measurement unit in rates per second, minute, hour or per day. This provides more useful statistics to the user when data logging over long periods of time. The RFPulse2000A can be used as a standalone data logger, or used with the RFC1000 wireless transceiver, to wirelessly transmit data back to a central PC....

The RFRHTemp2000A is two-way Wireless temperature and humidity data logger with LCD. Transmits up to 2000' maximum (outdoors unobstructed). Built-in memory also stores data internally. This device is calibrated traceable to N.I.S.T. and is available with a Calibration Certificate. The RFRHTemp2000A is ideal for both industrial or laboratory applications including supply chain storage facilities, incubator monitoring and HVAC studies. Designed with external humidity and RTD based temperature sensors, the device provides a fast response time for both parameters. For customer convenience, functions include starting, stopping and downloading from the device wirelessly using the RFC1000 wireless transceiver. This allows customers to quickly access data and spend less time maintaining the device. Data can be provided in real time back to a central PC, or the device may be downloaded at periodic intervals. The digital display provides the current reading for both the humidity and temperature channels with minimum, maximum and average statistics accessible for a quick snapshot of the logged data. The RFRHTemp2000A features user programmable alarm settings for both temperature and...

The RFRTDTemp2000A is an RTD-based, wireless temperature data logger with display. This data logger is ideal for applications that require high accuracy temperature monitoring such as within laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The RFRTDTemp2000A accepts 2, 3 or 4 wire 100Ω platinum RTD’s and features a device accuracy of +/-0.05°C. Starting, stopping and downloading from the device are all performed wirelessly using the RFC1000 wireless transceiver, allowing the user to spend less time maintaining the data logger. Data can be provided in real time back to a central PC, or the device may be downloaded at periodic intervals. The convenient digital display provides the current reading as well as minimum, maximum and average statistics for a convenient snap shot of the logged data. For instant, out of range notification, an audible buzzer as well as LED alarm indicator notifies users when the temperature is above or below the user specified alarm setting. Through the software, email and text message alarms can also be sent. The RFRTDTemp2000A can be used as a single, wireless data logging system, yet can be expanded to a large scale system, which can include...
